The court overturned the dismissal of a teacher who attacked the IDF on the networks: "I may publish his opinions" - voila! news. The teacher from Pet caused a public uproar after he published a post on Facebook with the names of dead Palestinians.
After a complaint was filed against him by a member of the city council, he was fired, and appealed against the decision in the labor court. The judge did not accept the city's claims that it was incitement: "The events of the war did not change the borders Freedom of Expression"
