The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation received this noon the notification of the State Prosecutor of Tucumán with the acceptance of the resignation of Juan Manzur to his candidacy for vice governor. In his letter, Nazur requested the urgent revocation of last Tuesday's precautionary measure so that the elections can be held this Sunday.
In parallel, the Court gave the complaint 72 hours to comment on Nazur's request, enabling non-working hours for it to respond. The Court last night rejected the request for revocation.
