The oral trial for the murder of Fabián Gutiérrez, which occurred in July 2020, has just ended. Facundo Saeta, Facundo Gómez and Pedro Monzón were already detained.
The court's ruling was divided: members Jorge Yance and María Alejandra Villa voted for life imprisonment, while the president of the Chamber, Joaquín Cabral, did not support that criterion. The Santa Cruz Criminal Court confirmed this line of investigation with its ruling.
