The design for a residential project has been completed - and it sparks enthusiasm. The revised preliminary draft has now been unanimously approved by the local council.

Two underground car parks with 33 parking spaces and four visitor parking spaces are also planned. The south-facing two-room apartments (18, two of which are wheelchair accessible) are barrier-free with arcades and elevators.
