The diaries were released for publication following a petition by the "Success" association, and the ruling against the Prime Minister and the PM's Office. Netanyahu stayed during the Simchat Torah vacation at the Neve Ativ holiday village in the Golan Heights, from where, according to the diary, he traveled to Kirya in Tel Aviv.
