The disapproval of Marlaska becomes the mildest attack by the PP against its former chief judge in Parliament. It is a common political strategy in the PP in the opposition to choose a minister per control session and apply a battery of theoretical questions to him with the aim of his alleged harassment and demolition.

The Senate condemns him for “not providing sufficient resources to the Civil Guard” that fights against drug trafficking in the Strait. The Upper House approves his disapproval, approved there by the absolute majority of the popular ones.
