The dismantling of the scaffolding of Notre-Dame de Paris has begun, revealing the new spire. The objective is to completely clear the structure which peaks at 96 meters for the Paris Olympic Games.
The spire of the cathedral collapsed, crossing the vaults of the nave, on April 15, 2019 in an impressive fire. The reconstruction project must continue during the Olympic Games from July 26 to August 11 - which will be followed by the Paralympic Games from August 28 to September 8.
