The economy added 303,000 jobs in March, exceeding analysts' expectations and the unemployment rate fell to 3.8%. The unemployment rate for Latinos falls five tenths to 4.5%, lower than the levels of a year ago.

Despite the pressure of the increase in interest rates by the Federal Reserve, the economy grew by 0.4%. The US economy added 3.7 million jobs in the first three months of the year, up from 2.9 million in the same period last year.
