Elad Levy is suspected of rape and sexual offenses against eight women. As part of his investigation, confrontations were held between him and some of the complainants.

Some of the victims were minors at the time of the alleged attack. Levy, a 35-year-old resident of Maale Adumim, was arrested at the end of an undercover investigation that lasted several weeks. The judge decided to extend Levy's detention by seven days, until April 14, with the consent of the lawyer. The suspect has no criminal record and is cooperating with the investigation. The reasonable suspicion exists, but one cannot turn a blind eye to the difficulties that can be seen in the evidence. Consideration must be given to the evidence in some cases and the delivery of the evidence itself about the events that took place," said Yotam Ronen, the lawyer for the suspect. The police detailed that the offenses spread, according to the suspicion, over a period of nine years. The oldest case occurred in 2015, and the latest on January 3 of this year.
