The FBI believes this Latino boy was kidnapped by his mother in Los Angeles and taken to Mexico. There is an international arrest warrant against Brigette Benítez, the biological mother but not the legal guardian of Miguel Eduardo Zúñiga Medina Jr., who is 16 months old.

The child was last seen on February 6, 2024, at 09:30 am near the address 500 Grand Avenue in Walnut (California). There Benítz supposedly picked him up and he has not been returned to his legal guardian.
