Lorenz and Christine Stiftl are the new landlords in the Erdinger Weißbräu festival tent. From 2002 to 2022 she entertained guests in the small Wiesn tent at the Oktoberfest in Munich.
A special feature is the in-house, EU-certified butcher's shop, which supplies the family's restaurants with fresh sausages and meat with the organic seal. Of course, autumn festival visitors in Erding can also look forward to homemade food from the butcher shop.
