Senior magistrates are calling on Monday for more human and material resources to fight against international financial delinquency. 130 magistrates affirm that “the fight against financial delinquencies is a profitable investment for the budget and vital for democracy and the rule of law” 120 magistrates from the Junalco (National Jurisdiction for the Fight against Organized Crime) of Paris and the eight JIRS (specialized interregional jurisdictions) of France affirm that they “are today suffering the weight of a lasting lack of resources”
