Eight days have passed since a bottle full of water hit the head of striker Fernando Brandán and caused the suspension of the classic between Chacarita and Tigre. The AFA Disciplinary Court issued its first decision that is "logical", but seems somewhat out of time.

Both clubs must take note of referee Ariel Penel's report and, within five business days, send their defense of what happened. Pending the final resolution, which should come out next Thursday, whoever advances to the next round already knows their rival, which is San Lorenzo.
