The former head of the attorney's office Avi Himi is suing Ila Hasson and News 13 in the amount of approximately NIS 9 million. The defamation suit was filed after Hasson aired on News 13 at the end of January last year an article according to which Attorney Hami performed a sexual act in front of Attorney Yehezkel against her will.
Hami was labeled as the poster boy who spoke at the demonstrations against the revolution and he was even interviewed for a cover story in the Haaretz supplement.
