The French Golf Federation responds sharply to Mathilde Panot. Pascal Grizot sent a letter to the elected representative of France Insoumise.
Panot called on her supporters to vote in order to counter the “rich”, “racist” and “golfers” whom she associated without explaining why. Golf will be as widely practiced in France in 2023 as handball, basketball and even Judo. The time has perhaps come to organize a meeting between the representatives of your parliamentary group and our Federation,” wrote the FFG.
