The Government and the independentists shield the amnesty negotiation from judicial pressure. Junts and ERC criticize the Supreme Court's decision, but everyone conspires to seek an agreement in the law.

The Government insists that there was no terrorism in the process and in private some of its members joke about the “coincidence” that the decision came just when the negotiation of the law is being finalized.
