President Javier Milei made official the nominations of federal judge Ariel Lijo and jurist Manuel Javier García-Mansilla for the Supreme Court of Justice. The period of public observations on the candidates for the highest court proposed by the Government will open within the next two weeks.
In accordance with the provisions of Decree 222/03, the Government must publish in the Official Gazette and in at least 2 newspapers of national circulation for 3 days, the name and curricular background of the candidates. Then, the Ministry of Justice will begin to receive the adhesions and observations for 15 days.
