The Government retouches the Bases Law and could make a key change to approve the labor reform. A sector of the opposition asked to include the labor chapter that the DNU had.
"If we do it (bring up the issue of union contributions) it is because they guarantee that everything in the rest of the chapter will come out," said one opposition leader. The Government does not want to rekindle the conflict with the unions to avoid pressure on Congress that could bog down again the discussion.
