Argentina and Denmark agree to buy 24 F16 supersonic aircraft. The planes will be made in the United States.

The deal will be signed in Copenhagen in April. It is the first step in a long-term plan to buy F16s from the U.S. and other countries. The agreement was reached at a meeting between the two countries' defense ministers in London on Monday. The plan is for the planes to be delivered by the end of the year, but the exact date is still to be decided.
