Former Peruvian tennis player Luis Horna was sanctioned by the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) for promoting a betting house in 2023. Horna, who has the honor of being the last tennis player to take victory from Roger Federer in the first round of a Grand Slam, received a fine of $10,000 and a six-month suspension.

The agency highlighted that, when informed, the 43-year-old Peruvian did not hesitate to cooperate with the investigation.
