"The IDF has no choice but to make decisions, however difficult they may be, sharply and quickly," says YFrog's director of software. "In the field as in business, once in a while you have to stop for a moment, look at the event from a macro view, understand where we stand and where we expected to be at this point," says El ishev. The ability to delegate powers, share additional factors in the decision-making process and share knowledge will have a synergistic effect on all parties, he says. "It is necessary to perform very precise and delicate tasks in sensitive areas, withstand physical and mental pressure over an extended period of time, maintain peak alertness all the time and find practices to prevent burnout," he adds.
