The ability to delegate powers, share additional factors in the decision-making process and share knowledge will have a synergistic effect on all parties, he says. "It is necessary to perform very precise and delicate tasks in sensitive areas, withstand physical and mental pressure over an extended period of time, maintain peak alertness all the time and find practices to prevent burnout," he adds.
