Of 660 councillors appointed in the forty ministries and secretaries of state, 116 have left the executive - including 32 at Matignon. A rotation that may seem usual but that "questions", according to Jean-Michel Eymeri-Douzans, professor of political science at the Institute of Political Studies (IEP) of Toulouse.
Twenty-two civil servants concerned are directors, deputy directors or chiefs of staff, which are essential elements for the smooth running of the ministry and administrations.
