[HIGHLIGHTS] The invasion of the decks: the neighborhood in which few are in order and the problem that no one saw coming

In Buenos Aires territory, the decks that extend the sidewalks next to bars and restaurants are already part of the urban landscape. Out of 446 existing platforms, only 33% have an enabling permit (149 platforms).

There are 212 that set up the structure but did not start the process (represents 48%) and 61 have the process in progress. Even those that have permission do not comply with some basic requirements of the specific regulations. For example, they have electrical connections (which are prohibited), they invade ochavas and storm drains.
