The judge opens a separate piece on one of the 11 investigated because his performance allegedly benefited the popular and not the PSOE, like the rest. The alleged purchase of postal votes in Mojácar (Almería, 7,500 inhabitants) is not limited only to PSOE environment.
The judge investigating this case, the head of the Court of Instruction Number 4 of Vera, has sent to the Dean of the Courts of that judicial district the letter for another court to take charge of that investigation. According to the investigations, those involved came to offer 100 euros to migrants to vote in favor of PSOE.
