Former member of the Court of Auditors of the Republic of France has been found guilty of sexual assault and sexual harassment. The case was brought by a woman who claimed she was sexually assaulted by her ex-boyfriend.
The woman, who is now in her 60s, said she was forced to leave the country because of the abuse. The court found that the woman had been sexually assaulted and that she should not have been allowed to stay in the U.S. for more than a year.
