Giorgio Rosa built Rose Island in the Adriatic Sea, 11,612 meters off the coast of Rimini (Italy) He wanted to build his own Nation, free from the oppression of a "suffocating" state. Rosa died on March 2, 2017, but before leaving he gave his approval for his story, which was always a kind of taboo in the family due to the painful end it had, to be taken to film in the production that premiered.
