The judge seats Francisco Granados on the bench for box b of the Madrid PP. The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requests almost eight years in prison for Aguirre's right-hand man for this line of investigation.

The investigations even pointed to the top of the PP in Madrid and three former presidents of the regional government were charged. But the three were later removed from the case. Judge García-Castellón concluded that there was not sufficient evidence against them and all responsibility for the cash was confined to Granados and Gutiérrez.
