Magistrate Jaime Serret proposes to judge the former delegate of the foundations and the former auditor of the Archbishopric, among others. The operations were carried out between 2019 and 2021 for an amount exceeding 100 million euros. With that capital, the Church intended to buy a plot to build a City of Mercy southwest of Madrid, a kind of mini Vatican.
