Aroniente, a gastronomic group based in Cádiz, has launched a new series of drinks. The 'Vinaigreta Sour' is based on the plant 'oxalis pes-caprae' The 'Tuna Bone Pomace' is made from tuna shavings and is served in a stemless glass.
