Jonathan Morel was summoned to testify before the new charges that could be framed in the crime of 'instigation to collective violence' He said he had "absolutely" nothing to do with the attack on Vice President Cristina Kirchner. Morel is prosecuted in another criminal case that investigates Revolución Federal along with other members – Sabrina Basile, Leonardo Sosa and Gabriel Carrizo.
He denied knowing two legislators who are accused of having scrutinized and also denied having uttered threatening phrases against Victoria Donda.
