Jean-Marie Le Pen is the founder of the xenophobic National Front party. He suffered a stroke in 2023 and the family says that he is not in a position to face a judicial process against him scheduled for this year.
His interests are in charge of his three daughters: Marine, MP and lawyer, Marie Caroline and Yann Le Pen, alone or together. There will be a hearing in July to see whether or not Le Pen can answer the justice's questions about his assistants in the European Parliament.
