The recent Islamic State attack in Moscow actualizes a form of global horror that turns cities into traps. In Brussels, headquarters of the European Parliament, Life4Brussels, an NGO dedicated to helping victims of terrorism, has just inaugurated “Des visages sur des maux” (Faces over evils) 60 survivors narrate in their own words, in texts and podcasts, the experience of the violence and unreason trepanning their lives.
