The municipality of Tutzing warns: Be careful when buying supposed building plots on Andechser Straße. The owner of agricultural land tries to sell it as building land.
It could be that the owner has divided his agricultural property into individual parcels and a development road and may now be trying to sell these parcels. According to the building authority's knowledge, he could inform potential buyers that it appears to be building land or land expected to be built, which could be buildable in around three years.
