The murder of a sheriff's deputy sparks the hunt for an “armed and dangerous” man in Tennessee. Officer Greg McCowan was killed in the incident and Officer Shelby Eggers was wounded in the leg after Kenneth DeHart, 42, allegedly opened fire Thursday night before fleeing.
A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to DeHart's arrest. The sheriff's office is asking residents in the Wildwood area to check outside security cameras and doorbells for recordings that may show possible suspicious people or activity in connection with the shooting.
