The Thibon café was founded in 1938 by a family of French immigrants. It was a family business that mainly sold all types of drinks, such as wines and sparkling wines.

The owners radically modified the business, expanding it and adding coffee tables. The old display cases and carved wooden furniture now look full of colorful spices from various parts of the world, especially India. For the new family that owns Café Thibon it is a hybrid. ” It is a gem, a very special corner with a lot of wood and checkerboard floors,” says owner Jorge Crespo.
