The building yard in Fürstenfeldbruck is to move to a two-hectare site on Landsberger Strasse. A residential and creative district is being created on the old site.
The relocation of the building yard is the only major project that the city is undertaking given its tight budget. The cost calculation, including the risk surcharge, comes to 33.5 million euros - plus 1.7 million for the salt silo, which has already been decided and will be built at the new location.
