The president of the Judiciary calls the amnesty law a “bargaining currency” between the PSOE and Junts. “A kidney can be donated for free, but not in exchange for a price” says Vicente Guilarte.

The CGPJ gave the green light to the opinion prepared by member Wenceslao Olea that considers the law unconstitutional. The text, which is not binding, obtained the support of 9 of the 10 members proposed by the PP.
