Neve receives great support from the religious and ultra-Orthodox lists in the city. Kobi is trying with considerable success to focus the elections around his claim of the city's gentrification, which is manifested in the construction of neighborhoods for the ultra-orthodox public. The Likud list also calls on its voters to support Neva after the former mayor withdrew and transferred his support to Neva.
