[HIGHLIGHTS] The prosecutor asked to condemn the businessmen Cristóbal López and Fabián De Sousa for a millionaire fraud against the State

The Attorney General of the Nation, Eduardo Casal, ruled on the Oil Combustibles case. López and De Sousa were accused of evading their tax commitments, generating a debt of more than 5.6 billion pesos.

The only one convicted so far is the former official Echegaray. The Supreme Court of Justice requested the opinion of Attorney Casal. He said the maneuver includes the owners of the Indalo Group and he spoke of a “dense web of personal relationships”
