Gonzalo Lavandina Bergessio has announced his retirement from football. The 39-year-old has played more than 700 games and scored 238 goals.
The Argentine forward will play the last season of the B Nacional with Tristán Suárez. He thanked his family, friends, agent, agent's representative and partner Daniela Recupero for their support during his career. The forward also paid tribute to all the soccer fans who encouraged him, "because without them nothing would exist"
