This response from the right, which seeks to convince a majority of five Sages out of the nine sitting on the council, is a six-page legal counter-argument. She had until March 27, 12 noon to put forward this last plea, the purpose of which is summarized in a concluding sentence: “ The LR are of the opinion that the proposed referendum law aimed at reforming access to social benefits for foreigners concerns a large-scale social reform, which is an object mentioned in the first paragraph’
