92% of US organizations intend to use AI-based solutions by 2028. Generative AI is able to quickly create ideas and content such as conversations, stories, photos, videos, music and more.

Employers are willing to pay more for employees with expertise and experience in the use of AI in a wide variety of fields. About 80% of survey participants reported that they were interested in developing an AI skill to advance their careers, including two-thirds of workers over the age of 55, who are typically already thinking about retirement. Most employers recognize the benefits of hiring workers with AI skills, but 75% report that they are unable to find workers with these skills. The demand for critical and creative thinking ability is even greater. The gap can only be narrowed through training and education programs, but 82% of employers and employees are not sure which skill should be acquired. 80% do not know which trainings exist. In order to get the most out of this emerging technology, significant preparation and training will be required.
