Palestinians report what appear to be "retaliatory actions" by the residents of the area. Settlers set fire to several vehicles this evening, a Palestinian driver was attacked with stones and injured.
As part of the search, light bombs were launched near the village of al-Mu'air, which the IDF is targeting in an attempt to find the boy. The canine unit of the police began the search efforts, in which IDF forces and residents are also involved. Miriam, Binyamin's mother, issued a public statement today and asked everyone to do a good deed so that some miracle will happen here. "I believe in miracles, I believe it can happen with the help of all of us," said Miriam Achimair, the boy's mother. The search continues for 14-year-old Binyamins Ahimeir from the Malachi HaShalom settlement. The IDF refused to block the exits from other villages in the area leading to Ramallah and Nablus. In response, many residents arrived on their own accord and began to independently block the Arab vehicles.
