After the National Assembly in November, the Senate must adopt a range of measures on “aging well” The bill contains measures to “build the society of healthy aging in France’ The text also provides for the creation of a departmental autonomy service with a view to ‘decompartmentalizing’ policies in favor of the elderly and people with disabilities. The Senate deleted half of the articles resulting from the examination from the Assembly.
