Four years after the indictments in the thousands of cases against the Prime Minister have been filed, the trial has begun. Among the most memorable events so far: the request to declare Shlomo Filber a hostile witness and the judges' recommendation to withdraw the bribery charge from case 4000.
The trial is still ongoing, and as in any criminal trial - the opening stage after the filing of the indictment is the prosecution case. The next stage expected in the case is the defense case - the stage where the defense attorneys present their witnesses.
