The Supreme Court files a complaint from Clean Hands against Sánchez for the agreement between the PSOE and Junts and the amnesty law. The court rules out the crimes of usurpation of functions, prevarication and bribery that the union attributed to the president of the Government, several ministers and socialist leaders.

The Supreme Court rules out that the pacts between thePSOE and the pro-independence parties may constitute a crime. The complaint was presented on November 3, and on January 29 the union registered an extension to include the amendment registered in the parliamentary processing of the amnesty bill.
