The thief who robbed and killed the Vox Dei photographer had been released from prison two months ago. Gabriel García (57) was stabbed to death by a thief who assaulted him in front of a police station in Quilmes.
A 27-year-old young man with a criminal record and who had been imprisoned until January was arrested for the incident. Matías Ezequiel Monzón, just turned 27 years old, was charged with robbery involving a weapon in real competition with homicide.
