The Toulouse SPA singled out for numerous acts of animal violence, an investigation opened. A judicial investigation was opened into the shelter after reports of animals being beaten, deprived of care or illegally euthanized.
The president and vice-president of the association are implicated. In parallel with acts of violence against animals, the SPA is accused of conflicts of interest, opaque management in its governance, and non-compliance with labor law. A health investigation is also underway in the premises of the Toulouses shelter.
