Nicolás Covatti and Facundo Albín were involved in a crash at the Bahía Blanca Speedway. Covatti's motorcycle caught fire at the exit of the second corner.

Albín was looking to overtake from the outside. Both pilots were taken to the Private Hospital of the South in Buenos Aires. The International Speedway Championship is held in Bahía Blanca. The competition is suspended until the end of the year, when it will be re-run in the city of La Plana.
