E. started secondary school a few days ago.

She attends a public school, which like so many, suffers from intolerable budgetary asphyxiation. The list of materials that were commissioned includes many digital files, but also physical books if families could afford them. E.'s father and mother are still emotional. It's not about the money. Nor is it because of the books. It is because of everything that happened. Not everything is violence or virtual pathoterism: good examples survive in this world, almost as testimony to demodé paradigms.
